Action Points
The tactical budget behind movement, attacks and setup. Every action point spent changes the options left in the turn.

What the official material actually says
- Movement, attacks and setup draw from a Champion’s action budget.
- Spending an action point reduces the options left in that Champion’s turn.
- In deterministic combat, action points are best planned around the visible result: whether the action changes zone control, exposes a Champion, or sets up the next skill in the order.
- A useful turn usually compares movement, attacks and support setup before committing points, because every spent point narrows the remaining sequence.

Where the evidence stops
The final cost of each action and every cost-changing effect must be checked in the release build.
